2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upfront before commencing any project.
The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery and acceptance of the final video.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or agreed-upon payment methods.

3. Delivery & Revisions

Project timelines will be clearly communicated at project commencement.
Two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise agreed upon. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Ownership & Licensing

Once full payment is received, the client retains full ownership and usage rights of the final delivered video.
ScaleKraft retains the right to showcase produced videos in portfolios or marketing materials unless expressly requested otherwise by the client.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after project initiation.
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Liability

ScaleKraft is not liable for any consequential losses arising from project delays or content issues.
